We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our dynamic team at Lifeline HR Services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, providing expert HR advice, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for various client companies.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
Provide professional HR advice to clients on a range of topics, including employment law, policies, and procedures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruitment.


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Consultant or Recruiter within a recruitment agency setting.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
